How you are you different from other florists?

Always a tricky question but in truth all I can say is I am an open minded professional who doesn't like to put in a box or labelled with a certain style. I embrace the diversity of my clientele from traditional and classical to quirky and eccentric, and everyone in between.

Can you obtain special order rare or exotic flowers?

It is possible, yes, in theory. However there are factors to consider regarding exotic or rare flowers, such as the time of year, the cost of importing such products and their life expectancy after delivery. That being said, I do love Birds of Paradise and would always be happy to discuss any fabulous ideas you have regarding less common varieties of flower.

What areas do you cover?

I work mostly in Kent, Surrey and East Sussex but would be happy to travel further afield if necessary, subject to arrangement.

What experience do you have?

Check out my 'About' page for more information.

Do you have a price list?

Unfortunately not. Each client is totally different. The style, quantity, flower type, time of year are all factors that would affect the price. I am, however, always around to discuss your needs and provide you with a no obligation quote for your event or wedding. In this industry with the forever fluctuating cost of flowers and the recent changes due to Brexit, it would be impossible to create a 'one size fits all' price list.

How long before my event should I being organising the florist?

Ideally, for wedding flowers, I would aim to get an arrangement in place with your florist approximately 3-6 months before your big day. For an event, I would say at least 6 weeks, maybe 12 in wedding season. More so to lock in their availability than anything else.

What is your cancellation policy?

For weddings, I will take a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the date for you. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
If you cancel prior to paying the remaining balance, I will retain the deposit but no other monies will be due. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your wedding date however, I'm afraid the full balance will be retained to cover my losses.

How do I book a wedding consultation so you can provide me with a quote?

I will arrange to meet with you to discuss your requirements, style, inspiration, dates and so on. Then you can expect to receive a full quote with a breakdown of costs within 7 days. This is a service I provide free of charge with no obligation to proceed.
